Evening with the Stars

                                   (for instrumentalists and vocalists) & their guests.

     

Calling students and performers everywhere....All Ages Welcome!  

Media, high profile producers, and record company executives will also be invited and amongst guests to scout for new artists. 

 

This event is hosted in almost every major city across North America and Europe. 

 

When  there is a call for submission, to Participate, please send an email through the contact tab which will include:

1.  name(s)  and age(s) of performer(s) and where you are from

2.  one paragraph about you, your group, your instrument and what makes you different.

3.  what is your passion or what do you hope to gain from being a part of this project.  Tell us why we should select you or why you would like to be a part of this evening. 

4.  a video link or attachment to one performance. 

Submission must be complete or will be ignored.  If selected by the adjudicators, the director, Ms. Victoria will schedule a group virtual meeting to discuss details further. 

The dinner gala "Evening with the Stars" will be a long gown/black tie affair with a sit down dinner, MC, and dj.  There will be a professional photographer/videographer and photo ops.  A silent auction and raffle will also be held to further raise funds for the operations of the event and the charity selected. 

There is no fee to perform.  This event takes place with the generous donations from sponsors, ticket sales, merchandise, etc.

A portion of the proceeds will be donated to the charity selected.  Usually, this charity is the local childrens' hospital priority needs department,  unless there is a catastrophic tragedy in any part of the world that needs priority or attention. Or, the event may be to sponsor or help a specific community or association.  

Each performer or group will be sent a copy of the thank you letter received from the charity or assoiation.  This will be accompanied by a second thank  you letter and certificate for your participation from the director of this event. These acknowledge your participation.

Past benefactors of this event include: the Hurricane Katrina fund (Red Cross), the child victims of 911 (Mercy Corps), and the priority needs department at the Hospital for Sick Children (Toronto).
